Ashen Crown provides AI-assisted, persistent role-playing campaigns. Generated material can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unavailable, and is supplied for entertainment rather than professional advice.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, automated exploitation, unlawful material, or attempts to interfere with the service.

Crowns are a limited licence to use paid Ashen Crown features. They are not money, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. The total GBP price is shown before payment. Stripe processes card details; Ashen Crown does not store them. A successful payment is confirmed when Crowns appear in your account. Once delivered, Crown purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Irish consumers generally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Purchased Crowns are delivered immediately after verified payment. Before Checkout completes, you expressly request supply during that cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the cancellation right once supply of the purchased digital content begins. This does not affect remedies for digital content or services that are faulty, not supplied, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Ashen Crown the limited permission needed to store, process, transform, and display it to operate your campaigns. You must not submit material you do not have the right to use.

We aim to keep campaigns available and preserve failed-payment protections, but do not promise uninterrupted service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You may delete your account from the service. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach, fraud, security risk, or unlawful use. Provisions that naturally continue after closure—including payment records, intellectual-property terms, and liability limits—remain effective.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where they live.
